When I first bought my car i got told by my salesman greg i get two free oil changes within the first year. Mind you i bought my car last year in January i received my first one awhile back then today i went to get my second one done when i called to schedule my appointment I specifically asked the woman i spoke to if my oil change would be free of charge to make sure i get a second one she said yes. The woman who greeted me/checked me in checked my account and let me know without even me asking that today’s oil change would be free i believe her name was maegan . i wish i knew these woman’s name who i spoke to on the phone but i forgot but they were great and very helpful. However the tech Matthew Oravitz was the tech i believe he called himself handed me a paper stating my total for my oil change today i said i thought the lady up front told me it would be free today he responded “hold on let me check” he then proceeded to look at his computer and all of a sudden say “well it shows on here you only get 1 free one however since she told you it would be free but since she did i’ll go ahead and take care of the oil change today. which i just felt was suspicious not only because ive talked to 3 other people that told me it would be free but i just truly felt he checked his computer and it said i get two free ones and maybe he got embarrassed and didn’t want to own up checking my account before trying to charge me which i’m not sure why he wouldn’t just own up and say it was a mistake or overlooked because i understand no one is perfect and mistakes happen but it just just how he tried to act like i was wrong he was right and tried to act like he even would have the authority to give it to me for free if i was suppose to owe. i truly believe he seen on his computer that i was suppose to get two and just didn’t want to admit his wrong which is what bothered me the most about this whole situation. i can’t say he’s 100% wrong but if he wasn’t wrong than the other 3 people were and that’s just a big negative communication on you guys to customers.
