Joe worked with me as the only option to repair my vehicle was to locate a used part. It took about five months to do so but I finally did after contacting over 20 dealers. Joe was able to get me scheduled in just two days. My highest compliments go to the service writer Megan who was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She’s the one who deserves my praise and appreciation!

Had an oil change and tire rotation and once we left the dealership, our light went back on and we had to go fill up our tires with air. This should have been checked before we left. I also always receive a complimentary car wash each time but this dealership did not do so. Everyone was super nice but I’m not 100 % happy with the results.
