I felt like I waited a long time for an oil change. My wait was 3 hours. Since I was late to my appointment I wouldn’t normally complain, but I often wait at least 2 hours for service. I really appreciate the service you guys give so I wouldn’t stop coming to receive service, I just wish it was faster. It’s hard to plan my day around because I never know how long it’ll take. I’m also super disappointed with the fact that my interior seals need to be replaced, a part that shouldn’t need replacing on a 3 year old car, and it’s communicated as if it’s not a big deal, “it might not have been good when put on” but it’s a huge deal to me that I’m having to cover expenses on things that I shouldn’t have to and I would honestly choose a different car manufacturer altogether after having to deal with this. Not that this is a service issue specifically, but definitely an issue.
