Showed up at 7:15am, first one in line for service. Garage doors opened and my car was taken back at 7:30am, my appointment time. I noticed around 8:30am other people’s cars that came in after me were done and people were checking out. I had a new service manager, which I understand is learning. It took me 12 minutes to check out with him and left the garage at 8:42am. This is a routine maintenance procedure and took a lot longer than expected, especially being first in line.
