I asked for a quote for the part I needed, was told I needed to make an appt. I was not told at the time I made the appt there was a charge of $130.00. I just wanted a quote for a part. Not being advised ahead of time caused me embarrassment and being caught off guard.

The two ladies that were in the service area did not even acknowledge I was there for almost 4 minutes and then just one said someone would be with me but neither lady called or looked for anyone to assist me and I was there at least 5 minutes when some walked by and asked if I had been helped which he then proceeded to assist me. When my car was done no one came to get me from the waiting area I got text with my results and to pay my bill. Went to talk to someone and again had to wait until someone arrived. WORST SERVICE but the two gentlemen that assisted me were polite. You need to work on customer service, this is a 2 rating!!!!
