James addressed all my questions and concerns. I told him about the issue with my rear windshield wiper and his team came up with the answer. Looking back at my previous 2 servicing w/ Findlay, the service people replaced the wrong size wiper blade rather than tell me it was not in stock. Yet I was charged for this twice. I mentioned this to James since it was the Findlay service team’s error. I’m willing to pay for the service but not be triple charged for the wiper blade. Thank you for your consideration.

I got there around 0720 for 0730 appointment and they were ready and available. Someone came and took initial info. Within short time **** came and explained what they were doing and expected cost and time frame. He escorted me to shuttle sign up and again within short time driver came and drove me home. Work was done timely and not only did he email me with work done he called me and then arranged ride. Came within expected time and got there where **** had my paperwork and got to pay right there. Car was washed and cleaned. Very pleased with service after just having a not so good experience with my other vehicle at another car service dealership. Great job!

James was very professional and helpful and explained what happened with the cost of the trailer hitch we had installed. My feedback would be to say on the estimate/quote that the cost is based on an estimated X hours of work but if the work is done faster you will still owe the same amount.
Not a big deal, but could help reduce confusion. Thanks!
