My 1:00 appointment was lost in the que. when I arrived I was greeted and told James had a home emergency and **** was going cover my oil change. After waiting 2hours I went into the cubical area and asked what the heck is going on with my car. **** checked an said it would be 30 minutes. After 45 minutes he said they would be 20 more minutes. In addition the sun visor I bought wasn’t attached yet another 30 minutes.
In addition I looked my bill over what the heck is $6.00 replaceable element and gasket? I’m not very happy paying for extended labor. I drove from the VOC 100 miles round trip to be treated this way
