When I attempted to clarify what service was being completed today vs conflicting information received by phone and previous appointment 12/18, service rep could not respond, clarify, or apologize for the confusion on behalf of his colleagues. He seemed to have a script and no ability to listen or synthesize information. My car was not washed either which had been promised by sales.

I was happy with the overall service, not with Hallie. I was also unhappy with the sales department. I came in today to purchase a new Tundra (I just purchased my new sequoia TRD pro a few months ago). I texted with a salesman yesterday and he called and said he’d be in at 8:00am today. So, I texted him to let him know I was in the showroom and ready. After waiting and being ignored for an hour, I left. I purchased my Tundra in the Valley.
