I was told I needed 3 things done at the 30,000 mileage mark. I purchased the vehicle past 30,000 from Findley. Meaning Findley Toyota sold me a car that they didn’t properly service, so on my first oil change at 42,000 miles I’m now responsible for an extra $400 on top of my oil change. I’m quite unhappy. I paid top dollar for a used vehicle and at my first service I was slapped in the face with this mess.

My vehicle has had an issue for a while and has been overlooked by your service department. Trust is an interesting word because my trust has gone down with Findlay. Given wrong information, abandon shuttle service, people saying they’re going to do stuff and don’t. Not answering questions just giving trained responses, and returning calls in a timely matter, voicemail box full can’t leave message. I am trusting you with a $2500 repair, I hope it’s fixed.

I'm satisfy with the oil change and tire rotation. But with the squeaking on the brakes, which is still there and it's getting worst. I was told to keep it clean of the dirt getting on it. Does that mean I have to remove the wheel daily and blow off the dirt? It has been checked several times now and this needs to be correct. Thank you for your time...
