was completely confused and lacked computer skills . Asked me when was my last visit , response 2 months ago
No she said I haven't been in since 2024 November. She was looking at my 2008 tundra. She entered wrong vin. Info . Was rude , asked my date of birth, for what reason. This went on for 10 - 15 minutes. Haley was under trained uniformed of fondley standards and customer service. She said my service was going to be over 300 hundred dollars take several hours .For a oil change . Ill not hurry back for future work if I have to contend with her.

Just one comment: when I made the appointment, it would have helped me to know that it would take most of the day. Fortunately I was able to rearrange some appointments, but I assumed a couple hours at most, since I was not told otherwise. Dave was awesome as well as the shuttle driver.
