Service fella was not very friendly. Informed of our vehicle needs yet stated that it was not necessary or it would cost us $200 and a 3-4 hr wait on top of a 5000 mi service check. Husband attempted to call and notify service desk about not doing the “extra” work (even though it was listed on the appointment comments. Service guy called back and stated that they didn’t do the adjustment and left it at that. No notification of the vehicle service being completed. Around 5:30pm, husband checked back in at Findlay to find out the service guy left and with no notification that the vehicle was done. This was a waste of time as the last service employee notified my husband that the service was completed at 3:30pm. This lack of communication was very frustrating when we have been waiting for hrs for a simple vehicle check.
