Excellent job overall, and Hallie was great to work with. My only complaint is that I requested my headlight beams to be lowered a bit and I thought I was quoted $170 for this service.
Turns out it was $170 *each* headlight, so $340 total. In my opinion, that's an unreasonable amount for this particular service. I would not have requested it be done had I realized the full amount that would be charged.
In addition, my impression so far is that the headlights were adjusted much lower than they were previously--and perhaps too low (I need to further evaluate this; not 100% certain yet.)

Courtesy shuttle service a joke. Waited for at least 35 minutes before shuttle driver showed up to pick up customers. I’d you’re going to provide this service you need to hire more drivers. I decided against taking shuttle.
