On a road trip from Santa Fe to San Francisco in our 2008 Highlander Hybrid we experienced the hybrid system failure as a result of the engine compartment exposed to water from an intense thunderstorm flooding the road. We limped into the dealer at 3:00, explained our situation and Zachary and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem sending us on our way by 5:00. No appointment, no previous customer history and no problem. Couldn't be happier.
