I went to Flagstaff Toyota because of my flat tire. As explained to me, they found a pinhole, and they just put a patch on it. I was sent home knowing that they solved my problem. However, the next day, the same tire was flat again. I was so stressed and frustrated since I had to work that day, and I have an upcoming trip soon. I tried to call customer service, but the call center agent told me that they cannot book me an appointment since their system was down. The only good thing that happened I was able to contact Cassey and he instructed me to go back the next day.
