The 15K Toyota Care Service took longer than the 1.5 hour estimate. When the vehicle was done, Celia handed me a paper and said here’s what was done on your vehicle, please sign. I had to ask her to tell me what was done on my vehicle. When she did, she spoke very quickly and I had to have her repeat what she said so I could understand.
