We really appreciated your dealership, helping us out when we suspected car trouble while driving from Colorado to Tucson. In the previous town, we could not get anyone to look at our car, and you took us same day and got it all checked out and a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much. We really appreciated your help and service in a stressful situation. We were even able to get a shuttle ride to somewhere nearby to eat so we could have some thing to eat while we were waiting to get back on the road. We would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone we know who has a Toyota or would want to buy one in the Flagstaff area.

The service rep Zachary did not call me once over the 9 hours you guys held onto my car for a 3 hour job. Even after calling the front desk multiple times and explaining the situation, I got 3 texts over the course of 2 hours. They had to order a new compressor for the AC and that it would come in a few days so we were to reschedule. I set the time with him as today at 9 am, and then went to pay for the part. I find out today that I was never scheduled. Had 0 time for me and didn't even do things correctly. Absolutely worst car service experience I've ever had. Now I have to schedule my self for a week out since I need to get to work at 6 am...

I was told that my service would include a car wash and vacuuming. After a 2 hour wait when my car was finished, and I went to get it, I noticed it was not washed or vacuumed. I didn't say anything and just left, but clearly there wasn't much care there. Honestly that's not even that big of a deal to me if it isn't included, but then don't SAY that it's included and not have it done. It comes off as deceiving in order to just sell the service.

It was frustrating. Something has changed with the engine. I attempted to talk to Jimmy about it, but he shot me down… The idle is different and I’m sure it’s going to affect my mileage - it was making a really weird noise, but he assured me it was my engine charging… It’s really frustrating when you drive it a lot and you sit with it a lot and you know how it is and what is ‘normal’ and what is not. – and then you know when it’s different - it’s still making this odd noise that it made when I bought it / other potential buyers had complained about it as well. But sometimes it’s more trouble to deal with the issues - I get gaslit a LOT at Findlay. because you know … women don’t know sh-t. ????

I called to make an appointment because I had a screw in my tire and my tire went completely flat. I took it to Sam’s and they said they couldn’t repair it. It needed to be replaced. I had them air it up and called you to make an appointment. They were unable to schedule me for four days… It seems that if someone has a safety issue that there should be a workaround to be able to bring it in. I was able to bring it in and leave it for the day the next day, but the whole experience was challenging , except Michael got the claim going and approved and the tire changed and it was only in there that day so everything worked out. I just needed to express I think you need some review of your policies when something is a potential hazard.

I came in for an oil change. It took an hour and a half (with an appointment!??) and I received a video inspection with the wheels of my vehicle taken off - I’m not sure why all this extra stuff was added to a simple oil change.
