Mike Hanson was fine. What is not fine is Findlay’s pricing. We asked for an oil change service and that was good. We asked for a quote to replace timing belt and water pump + accessories and the quote was $2110 + tax.
We prefer to get our 3 Toyotas that we have had since new locally, but had quotes from Camelback Toyota and Right Toyota in Phoenix for $1300.
In addition during the inspection we were told we needed a brake service. I agreed this was due, but knew it was higher than Phoenix. Inspection during the service revealed the rotors needed replacement. This raised the price to $656.70. The exact service at Right Toyota is $485. Findlay’s parts are consistently higher than the other dealers in Arizona and munch higher than I can buy OEM parts on line. I decided to only review here, rather than on Google, but would like to know why.

Was there for 3 1/2 hours and not much was done on my truck! That long wait was outrageous! You need a better solution for that wait time. Don’t overbook appointments if that’s the problem. Or get mechanics that know what they’re doing!

The issue with .y precollision system still isn't fixed after it has been in for the same issue 5 different times and I've been told it's fixed 3 times now obly to drive a few miles down the road and get the message front camera yn available.
