Anthony Pastoral is a terrific service consultant who makes sure the customer, myself gets the correct diagnosis and that the final repair decision is mutually agreeable and affordable for the customer.
I felt cared for and that I was in good hands with Anthony that he would definitely get the job done satisfactorily. I feel that the entire Keyes Lexus Service dept is full of experienced experts and engineers. Anthony always gets me the best service, is extremely knowledgeable and incorporates good common sense.
