Whoever manages the service staff has no idea what they’re doing. Letting the entire staff take an hour lunch at the same time is not customer service. And while my service person tried her best, several others were standing around doing nothing. I won’t be returning to this dealership ever. All I needed was a new battery and it took nearly 24 hours to get my vehicle back. I find that unacceptable. That is not service.
