I confirmed my car was ready for pick up. Came in the following day to pick up. Noticed the invoice did not match up and questioned. The agreed upon service was not completed and I had to return again the following day to pick up my car. The issue is that coming over to Keyes takes over 90 minutes commute. Would appreciate clear communication and understanding. The services are reliable and appreciate the rental. The staff are always kind and attentive.

Ali was fine. I usually have my car washed when bringing it for service. However this time, not only was it not washed, it got dust all over it due to the construction that is ongoing at the dealership. The person delivering it to me attempted to tell me it was washed until I showed him all the dust that was all over the roof. Also. Thank you for the loaner. Although I mentioned to the person who processed the paperwork for the loaner that the vehicle had a smell that it had been smoked it even though he mentioned smoking was one of the prohibited things in the car. I do not smoke and was allergic to it. He just said yah smells like smoke and walked away. I mentioned it to him upon returning the car back and he said he will take care of it. Not sure what if anything he will do.

Had to wait when I checked in, had to wait to pickup my car. Tried to call to check on when to pick up, no answer- rolled to “leave a message “. Service advisor was professional and polite. The fact of the matter is we have choices of where to service our Lexus and where to make our next purchase.
