I have worked with Ali numerous times - he is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He is also unfailingly honest and helpful. If he thinks a service is necessary he will explain why - and if he thinks it can be postponed, he doesn’t hesitate to tell you. Ali is the best - I would not take my Lexus anywhere else to be serviced!

Terrible communication! I had to call to find out if parts arrived to complete the service on my car!!!
Until now, no one contacted me to inform parts arrived and to schedule appointment to come in and complete service.
Left messages to both service manager and store manager, neither one of them called back.
