Improvements, though. I did not have a bill presented - just a payment amount which was $600+ higher than I was quoted. I almost paid it but decided to contact Anthony about it. He sent me the corrected amount but I still didn’t see a bill until the car was picked up. It would be great to include a pdf of the bill in the app.

Ali again did a super job. I was surprised that the car wash folks didn’t vacuum as part of the cleaning. Review of what was done continues to reflect that cost of service was rather high. But the service is of high quality as reflected in the good performance of this 8 year old vehicle. The maintenance service I receive will enhance the possibility that any new car will be purchased from Keyes. Construction was quite noisy but I understand. Worse was a lady making a very noisy 30 minute phone call.

Ultimately Keyes Lexus determined that the reason the car wouldn’t start was due to a dead battery. This contradicted what AAA had said twice. So after having AAA come to Keyes Lexus and replace the battery, all was solved. The old battery, actually only 7 months old, would not hold a charge overnight. It was frustrating but Bill was very helpful and understanding.
