Unhappy with rental car. Gave me a Toyota that the back end door went up so high I could not reach it. Spent 15 minutes looking for button to close it. Then I realized there was none. Had to find tall man to close it for me. Rental clerk should have showed me what features car had and how worked. Phone service at dealership was terrible. Long, long time phone just rang and rang. Bought our first Lexus in 2009. Have brought all our Lexus cars there for service all these years. Never went anywhere else. I was always happy with service and told friends it was a pleasure to take it there. However, things sre not the same. Not a good experience from beginning to end. I will say the service people were still very nice. It has been a long run, but I will not be back to Lexus for service going forward.
