Ali has been my service writer since the beginning of my service history. I only take my vehicle to Lexus for service. I confirmed my car was ready for pick up. Came in the following day to pick up. Noticed the invoice did not match up and questioned. The agreed upon service was not completed and I had to return again the following day to pick up my car. The issue is that coming over to Keyes takes over 90 minutes commute. Would appreciate clear communication and understanding. The services are reliable and appreciate the rental. The staff are always kind and attentive.
