I was not called or updated on the working progress of my car. I had to call around 1630 to inquire about my car and Mr. Pastoral informed me that my car was going to stay another day in the car shop. I got upset because he did not tell me this when I left my car in the morning. His response was “ I told you to get a car’s lender”. Mr. Pastoral was so unprofessional and his demeanor towards customer’s service is ZERO”.
Very unhappy with the service that Mr. Pastoral provided to me.

Anthony is always great. But this visit was disappointing In just one way- I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment like I always do, and for the first time I had to wait 45 minutes before I got to talk to my advisor, this disrupted my plans for the day- I was told that because construction is going on everything is slowed down : if I’d known ahead of time I could have booked a Saturday appointment when my work schedule would not have been so impacted.
