Anthony is very good: courteous, efficient and friendly. The team did a great job with car (it just took about an hour longer than anticipated - was “promised” about 4 pm, was ready at 5::20). But, it was worth the wait: the car runs superbly well …like night & day, my wife says!!! Thank you Lexus Service team!

Anthony is always great. But this visit was disappointing In just one way- I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment like I always do, and for the first time I had to wait 45 minutes before I got to talk to my advisor, this disrupted my plans for the day- I was told that because construction is going on everything is slowed down : if I’d known ahead of time I could have booked a Saturday appointment when my work schedule would not have been so impacted.

Just had a few follow up questions to the service consultant but he never responded. They opened my car Lexux 2008 twice once do full inspection of the car second to remove I Pod device that was causing electrical draw that was draining the battery. Ever since I picked up the car since the device removed, I have been experiencing rattling sound in the back of the car. I informed this to the consultant, Ali but he didn’t return my message. I haven’t driven the car in freeway ever since. I am afraid that there might be something that didn’t get properly closed or loose hanging inside the car. Don’t feel safe to drive anymore. The mode of communication at Keyes especially at service center is noticeably poor and the lack of care & attention make me think twice before returning back to Keyes. Melanie Desilva
