Car not fixed after 7 visits since vehicle was purchased the same problems .car battery dead and car alarm going on intermittently , incompetent technical personnel , incompetent and borderline rude service advisories.

Anthony rushed the paperwork and wanted me to agree to things that was very overpriced with no one explanation. I remembered when I was looking into purchasing a Lexus, I came to this location and had a similar experience on the sales end which lead me to purchase at another location. It’s been about ten years since that experience and now this encounter with Anthony has cemented my thoughts regarding this location. We have owned four Lexuses so far and also have met the CEO from Japan. We love the company and the cars and this location and this experience does not clearly match the company’s image and standards. Please look into training your associates so they are able to give honest, clear, prices and information for maintenance and more. Thank you!!!!
