Both battery post covers were off.
The trunk net and mat were not put
back like it was found. Lastly my
wheel lock key was not put back in
the trunk where it was supposed to
be!

The repair seems to be fine. It was just difficult to get the car after the repair as the paperwork was not in the service desk, but in Ali the service manager’s office after closing. The service desk was still open but without the paperwork I had come back the next day, so another 28 miles round trip. The service manager didn’t even apologize just kept saying I told him I’d come the next day, so I guess it was my fault for not letting him know I was gonna come that day it was finished even though my car was ready and waiting in the front.
Also when I were dropping off the rental, we had some stuff in the trunk and ask them to wait for a minute while I get my car key after paying for the repair and they were driving away the rental car with my stuff in the truck.
One big compliment is the parts department gentleman, Albert took a look at my car as the rear wheel mud flap/part was loose and it turns out was just disconnected and he reconnected it and now I don’t need to buy the additional part that was great. Thank you Albert.
