Unhappy with the higher prices being charged. And the lack of info offered about what needed to be done in future . I was not asked if I had any questions. This visit seemed abrupt as the service rep said what she had to say and walk away. I had to chase after her. She seemed intolerant of someone like me who is not a quick thinker.
