Dave, Richie, and Brian are the only reason I still go to Faulkner Toyota. Their dedication to the customer is above and beyond. Everyone should follow their example. Dave in particular went so far above his job description when he saw some random woman videoing my son playing in the kids room. He told me immediately so I could get him out, and really appreciated him telling me.
