I am not really satisfied with the technical. They removed the inspection sticker, did not really clean the windows and left lot of white residue from the sticker on the speaker cover. Also they removed the service reminder sticker didn’t bother clean the glue and put the new sticker next to it. I don’t know what happened to the Toyota quality, I can go to my regular mechanic they’ll do a better job. I have no complaints about Chanell Loften she was very helpful. Just be careful minor stuff like this will take all the good reputation away

I’ve always had my car cleaned and vacuumed at service appts. And it did not happen here. Was a bit disappointed. Everything else was great!

No i was not satisfied at all with your services. First of all you told me that you thought the check engine light may be on because it was time to have our spark plugs replaced but you weren’t even sure. Then when we asked the quoted price to have them changed a thousand dollars is completely absurd and I’ll change them myself. Then you say that that rear shock is leaking and it’s covered under the warranty. We told you that the only thing you could do is whatever is covered by the warranty because your prices are absurd and we can take it to our normal mechanic for hundreds of dollars less. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from Faulkner but it will be my last and I will not be bringing my vehicle in to be worked on by you or your staff ever again.
