They did a great job fixing the problem I think and addressing my concerns, however it took 1.5 hours to replace the rubber around my trunk and check the tire pressure at a 7:45AM appointment. I’m sure I would’ve still been waiting, had I not asked why it was taking so long. In fact I believe the car had been ready for a while. This is the second time it’s taken a very long time to provide service . It took 2 1/2 hours at the last visit for a 10k service check. Otherwise I was very pleased.
