Chanell is very nice and takes care of the customers. I believe that she had been the only service manager on Saturday when I brought my car in.

I brought in my rav4 for the battery clip recall. I was told that I needed to purchase a new battery or the recall could not be completed. What??!!!
My battery still has lots of life left in it. I was feeling rooked. No discount was offered. In the end the clips were replaced and I signed a release form (which apparently many others have done as well because there’s a form for it.)
So although the check-in process was smooth and wait time was reasonable, I was not feeling happy.
