No one from faulkner called me to let me know that the part that was ordered 5 weeks ago came in. I called this past Monday to see if it came in but no one told me when it came in. This is definitely not good communication on your dealerships end and I live over a hour away and purchased my car at your dealership

I was working on my laptop in a cubby and did not know there was text a text from Shannon. My car was finished and sat on the lot in the hot sun for almost an hour. After checking in I never had contact with Shannon.
He should have come to see me when the Venza was ready and given me a verbal report.
