I have an issue with my pre-collision system that requires diagnosing the exact problem. I would need a rental car while this process takes place, but the dealership is not providing a loaner for me to use during this process. The issue is sporadic so it will take several days to determine what the exact problem is. Since this is a problem with the vehicle and is under warranty, I should be provided a learner card during this process.
By the way Chanel was fantastic helping me navigate this issue.
