Long wait for an oil change. Got there at 10:27 for a 10:30 appointment and didnt leave until close to 1pm. The service advisor never checked in to report how the process is going or if things are okay or if something needs to be fixed. I asked the front desk associate how long the wait would be and she was dismissive and rude as well.
