You have a problem with the communication between your body shop ( Kevin) and the service Department.
My car was finished on Friday August 1 at the body shop, prior to that date I
gave Faulkner the ok to do the inspection/ it was due in August/ the service department was never notified to pick the car up for service/ or the collision department never let them now that the car was finished.
I called the service department on Wednesday August30 to find out when I
could pick up the car/ spoke to Shawn D he informed me the had no record that the car was in the service department / someone in that department informed the body shop that the car was needed in the Service department
I spoke a fewer later to Shawn He informed me that the car was in his hands
