If premium first class existed in the auto repair business, Chanell and Rich provided me with world class service. I’m so glad I was able to connect with Tom Joyce who recommended Rich and Chanell. They were nothing but communicative at every stage, detail oriented, and very kind with troubleshooting every single one of my issues I had since early July at another dealership. They took the time to help me as if I was the only client and worked towards each solution as quickly but thoroughly as possible. I have been having problems with my radio since I bought the truck in 2018. My latest visit talking with Brad he said make an appointment bring it in. I did and she was fine except for the fact she told me the radio was being replaced which I figured would be under warranty at 100,000 mile warranty that I have and all the past issues but she never stated any of that and said she was ordering the radio and that they would call me when they received it. So when I got home I called back and left a message that I would appreciate if she would give me a call back to verify all the information since it was not on my service slip as far as warranty service goes. I received no call! Guess I spoke with a secretary and not someone in service? I would hope that someone would get the message to her since when I call she's never available or anyone else for that matters????????
