I brought my car in on Wednesday, September 9th for a 9:30 appointment on Thursday morning. I called Faulkner at 2:19 on Thursday, to be told that there was a back log and the car would be worked on soon. The repair was completed after 4:00. I feel that if there is a delay that I should have been notified via call or email.

Shannon Haughney is a great example of professionalism. He was able to order my car parts (recall,door panel) quickly and promptly with no issues and the team at Toyota got my car serviced in just a couple of hours. I recently changed locations from Toyota at Langhorne to Trevose due to long wait time and very unorganized.
