David is excellent. I came for a new car 20k service and then added an inspection, tire balance, wheel alignment,cabin filter, and two recall repairs. After a 2.5 hour wait I had to leave and David got me a loaner car. While it is service oriented, and qudos for that, I had to make two trips that wrecked havoc on my other plans for the day. I suggest that when new work is added that an estimated time for completion be provided before the work begins.
