I received no feedback. The engine light was not reset. There was no video of the inspection and no findings of the multi point inspection nor any recommendations based on it. The whole thing makes me wonder if anything at all was really done to my car. I place a call to Faulkner at 4:45 when I realized I hadn't received any information not even an indication that service was complete. When I called I was informed by Hannah that everyone in service had gone for the day and that the tech would return my call tomorrow.
