It was an awful experience. When I arrived initially, she said that it would be quick to get my headlight changed. But I guess we have different definitions of quick. After an hour and a half I finally get up and ask her for an update. She said they had to order a part. Like excuse me? I called a week prior saying I was coming in for a headlight change and you couldn’t make sure you guys had the part in stock prior to my arrival? Unbelievable. And very unprofessional. Apparently it seemed that this part was two hours away. So finally after nearly two and a half hours I finally got my headlight changed. In the future, an update would be nice letting me know what is taking so long. And most importantly, ensuring you have the part prior to my arrival.

Worst service experience
I had issues with heat and air fan flow was not coming properly

Without taking a look because this was my complimentary service. This is a not a good approach

Chrithofer was very professional however I have dry rot cracks on my tires. Dry rot on tires is a very dangerous thing. I will be traveling in our Rav 4 with my wife and grandchildren in a week and I am very worried and concerned for our safety for fear on one of the tires falling. My warranty covers tires and I feel that Chris was in all likelihood told what to say. Shame on the Faulkner Group for failing to honor the warranty that I paid for and putting us in harms way
