I was charged $42.07 for parts. From what I can gather from the report, it does not appear that anything was replaced. To which parts does the $42.07 refer? My tires were not rotated, so I was told that I was given a discount of $30, but then I was charged $197.75. I was sent a refund of $60. Honestly, at this point I can’t tell what I was charged for. I came home and found a coupon for free service, which sadly I didn’t take with me. I am not sure that I will be bringing my Toyota back to Faulkner for service.
