Chanell went above and beyond. My vehicle was in for a recall and an emergency repair. I am having knee surgery and needed to get to the hospital for pre op testing. She made sure the repairs were timely allowing me to make my medical appointment. She also moving my vehicle so i would not have to walk across the icy lot with my cane. Thank you Chanell for your professionalism and for making sure i was safe.
