It took almost 4 hours for an oil change. The service advisor just handed me my keys at the end and said “have a nice day”.
Didn’t try to give me any report on what my car needed or what i should look out for when it comes to the service needs of my vehicle.
Lexus of Valencia has really taken a turn for the customer service worst since after my fourth car bought there.
I’m reconsidering ever buying another from there at all.

Most of the times I have no ride available and I have to wait up to 3 hours at this time I got a car loan after expressing my concern to Lexus representative but no gas in the car ,I did put gas from my own money and my car is only water spray from the outside only .,but never vacuumed from the inside and when I did prepay the service package from Lexus Dealer I have told my car it was going to be washed every time the service is done by Lexus
