Jesse did a great job and he was friendly, helpful, and very professional.
My critical concerns are related to your service technician documenting that I needed (immediate attention required) four new tires on my vehicle when my tires are not even close to needing to be replaced. This “suggestion” that I needed to spend more than $1,700 on tires that were clearly not needed speaks volumes to the integrity (and/or competency) of your service department. It’s unsettling to believe that a Lexus dealership would allow this breech of trust compromise the Lexus brand in such a fashion.

Jesse was very attentive and it’s always the minor details that count the most. While the visit was done faster than what was expected, Jesse went above and beyond to make sure that car was most than accessible for my mom who is currently in a wheelchair. He even offered to help me get my parents into the car. While I am able to get my parents who are in their 80s into the car, just the offer to help, makes me want to bring my car back to service by Lexus of Valencia as long as Jesse is there.
