I was reasonably well pleased, but the left rear taillight was not the correct assembly initially, then the one that was installed was about 2X the cost of the first estimate.
I requested the positive (+) battery cable replacement, but Service Installed a cable Plus a $198 battery (which I approved but would prefer to discuss status of the original battery earlier in the process.
Otherwise, I was very pleased with this device work.

Katie was very kind and helpful, the service was also done quickly , but as soon as I got into my car I noticed grease stains in the interior of the car, my car was brand new and was its very first service, I told Katie right away, she apologized and took back my car to clean it, after they cleaned it you still can see the grease stains. You need to do a better job preventing this mistakes, not satisfied with all this.
