They went out of their way to repatriate & change several things I requested. With a smile I might add. Their service department is great.

Blake was focused on me and my SUV, not interested in what else was going on at the service center. Excellent eye contact and a pleasant smile. When he saw the special discount from my email a week ago. He immediately took a photo of it and entered it into my bill. He apologized for not having the car oil change and rotation completed by 45 minutes. I commented that I usually waited an hour for this service.
