Said the truck was empty on the inspection. It had a three quarters of a tank. Makes me think you probably didn’t do a very good inspection. Under the hood looks like a coolant explosion happened and they didn’t bother to clean it up. It sure as hell didn’t look like that when I dropped it off. Coolant overflow is also empty. Sure as hell wasn’t when I dropped it off and I didn’t expect to pick it up that way. You obviously don’t want repeat customers. Very disappointing for $1450. Sloppy work

Could not diagnose problem which is fine but when calling to get our warranty was transferred several times to wrong departments and waited 20 minutes to finally get to someone who knew what they were doing. Also when picking up our vehicle one of the guys was playing on their phone. I believe there is a lack of training going on because several of them are very young and unknowledgeable. I have no interest in doing business with this company again .

Disappointed they can not find the rattle in the dash. Such a nice car like that should not do that. I have a 25 year old dodge truck I bought new that does not rattle because I am not ruff with it either. Love the car but this upsets me and I don't want to take anyone with me because of this. It gives toyota a bad name in my family of GM owners.
