The counter service was fine. In fact, she spent several minutes trying to explain the faulty billing system. However, the problem I have is with the text advising me of the total owed. I came in expecting to pay one amount according to the text and was actually charged almost $100.00 more.

I was informed the cost to mount 4 tires on my 2030 Camry would be $80. When paying, it was $110. I asked what was the $20 parts charge for and was informed “weights.” That isn’t right. I could have had them mounted at a closer facility for less.
