Brought daughters vehicle in for oil change and rear brakes. Tire light was also on. Mechanic found nail in tire. I couldn’t be happier with mechanic taking the time to find the issue. My daughter drives up to 1-1/2 hours to and from work at times. Saved me and her from dealing with possible down tire on interstate!! This is why I tell her to pay more for the service at Toyota ! I was reasonably well pleased, but the left rear taillight was not the correct assembly initially, then the one that was installed was about 2X the cost of the first estimate.
I requested the positive (+) battery cable replacement, but Service Installed a cable Plus a $198 battery (which I approved but would prefer to discuss status of the original battery earlier in the process.
Otherwise, I was very pleased with this device work.
