Your service techs, service liaisons and the whole service team are superb. Also the office secretary that keeps the waiting room coffee pot full and the area clean is very special. Great personality!

When I made my appointment I told the person I was concerned about my tires because I had a red tire warning light. I paid my bill after servicing and left Toyota. Then I noticed the warning light was still on and returned to Toyota. When they looked at the tires I found out I have a sensor that needs replaced and have to bring it back. Since I specifically told them about the tires it should have been found on the first visit.

The issue is, I'm still am not driving a100% Tacoma. The new Dcm has yet to kick in. I’ve been patient for 3+ months, and now I am looking for concrete resolve. It seems the SR 5 I purchased, has a Toyota flaw that the Engineers are not able to resolve. That’s fine, but with gas prices, miles put on and just bs, the trips to TOTH are getting expensive. And frustrating.
I hope we can come to a resolution quickly.
Again, James W. is a great service manager and I appreciate all he has done and time spent.
